LOMO SALTADO



The Lomo Saltado is a tipical dish of the gastronomy of Peru. The plate arises by the influence of the chinese-cantoneses and contains the holy and the mixture of the Peruvian Creole cuisine with the oriental. In fact ,there are many variants introduced in this dish,because depending on the taste,an ingredients have been replaced by others. This like many other dishes, is creole  and is only typical of Peru. It is considered one of the most consumed dishes popularly in Peru.

The ingredients to prepare this delicious  dish are beef,salt pepper,cumin,onion,garlic,green crow,red or white vinegar,tomato,parsley,potatoes and oil. Sometimes the silant and a junk of pisco are the perfect touch to be able to take a piece of this delicious to the mouth. The potatoes that often accompany this dish must be french or plunged. It can be served with white rice, a delight!  


MY EATING HABITS



Hi,these are some of my eating habits, for breakfast, so take an orange juice, there is a chamomile tea this accompany it with  a oatmeal omelette,really delicious. For lunch, i'm not really eating a lot , but i love the lomo saltado, green noodle and the fried fish accompanied by a wine. For dinner i take a tea with a bread and egg. something simple. see you!
